– A defense verdict before a jury in Butler County, Ohio in a products liability case involving catastrophic injuries suffered when an ironworker was struck by a piece of construction equipment. The jury verdict, which was announced after roughly fifteen minutes of deliberations, is believed to be one of the fastest civil defense verdicts ever reached in Butler County history. :

– The dismissal of a lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania in which the operator of the lift suffered fatal injuries when the lift tipped over. :

Representing Oshkosh Corporation (www.oshkoshcorporation.com), Trabucco & Menard secured the following dispositions:

– Summary judgment in a New Jersey federal court case in which allegedly defective access components of the machine were proven by the firm to have been modified after the date of manufacture.:

– Exclusion from a Pennsylvania wrongful death lawsuit involving a refuse vehicle wherein Trabucco & Menard was able to determine through pre-suit investigation that critical safety components on the machine had been intentionally by-passed. :
